We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards on our secure site.

Please note, we need the following information to process your order:

  • Name, address, phone number (day and evening) and e-mail address
  • Credit card information (must match the name and address on the account)
  • Credit card expiration date

For fax and mail orders, complete the Offline Order Form. Signature is needed for processing.

Tax
By law, we must charge sales tax (8.75%) on all purchases made from addresses within California.

We will use your personal information only (1) to process your order or to (2) retain mailing information for future updates. We DO NOT sell your information to anyone. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Your Order
You will receive an e-mail confirmation after we receive your order. Unless your item is unavailable, we will ship your order within 2-3 business days. If you placed your order on a Friday after 12 noon Pacific Time, it may be shipped on the following business day. We will send you an additional e-mail with tracking information as soon as your package has shipped.

Gifts
If your order is to be shipped to someone as a gift, please note that in the "ship to" information. If it is a gift, we will remove the price tag before it is mailed. If you need your jewelry by a certain date, please let us know in the comments box when the order is placed. Remember, we will need all pertinent shipping/phone information for the recipient.


Satisfaction Guaranteed — Our Policies

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase or gift from The Passionate Collector®. If you are not satisfied, please let us know how we can help.

We will cheerfully exchange or return any item within 30 days as long as it is in the original condition and accompanied by the receipt. Please download and complete the Exchange/Return Form available on the website and send it to us along with your receipt and merchandise.

Exchanges
If you weren't happy with the item you purchased and want to try another, absolutely no problem. Complete the Exchange/Return Form and let us know what to ship to you. Give us your top three choices and we will ship to you whatever is currently in stock in your order of priority. Make sure we have your contact information, just in case we need to reach you. We will be happy to ship your exchanged item to you (by ground) free of charge. A tracking confirmation will be sent to you.

Returns
Just want to return it? We will process your return promptly, although it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card. We will email you upon the receipt and processing of your return.

Gift Exchange Policy
Gifts may be exchanged for a gift certificate in the amount of the item or for other merchandise. If the merchandise you are requesting exceeds the original item price, your credit card will be charged for any balance due. Fill out the Exchange/Return Form and send it, along with a receipt, and let us know what you would like to do.

Gift certificates do not expire. At this time, all of our gift certificates are sent via US Mail and will be issued upon receipt of your exchange item. When you choose your new item, we will be happy to ship it to you free of charge. Please note that gift items cannot be credited back to any credit card other than that of the original purchaser.

Policies for JennaViv and Couture Jewelry and Accessories

Any JennaViv jewelry and Couture jewelry or accessories that are exchanged or refunded will be inspected before being accepted. All pieces must have accompanying paperwork, tags, and be in resalable, unworn condition. The customer will have 30 days from receipt of an item to exchange it, except that the holiday season will extend through January 30th of the following year and Valentine's Day purchases will extend through March 31st.

Each item has a 2-year repair warranty for reasonable use. After 2 years, repairs are done at the client's expense.

There is a 1-year limitation on sizing. Only items in the JennaViv Collection can be sized.

Items to be repaired must be returned to The Passionate Collector® for repair. Repairs take approximately 8-10 weeks. If repairs are needed more quickly, items will be taken to an authorized repair representative and our customers will then be charged a fee equivalent to our cost to facilitate the repair.

If an unauthorized jeweler or repairperson does repairs, all warranties are null and void.

SPECIAL ORDERS will require full payment to The Passionate Collector® by the client, and are neither refundable, nor exchangeable. Special orders are limited to our own designs and stones. All clients will be given a written estimated delivery date.


Errors and Omissions

Occasionally, we have typos, pricing errors and inadvertent mistakes on our site. We take responsibility for those, but also admit that we are human. Sorry!
